Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop optimization strategies that increase search engine results rankings of the websites of our Group.
∎ Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
∎ Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
∎ Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy.
∎ Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
∎ Develop and integrate content marketing strategies and draft SEO-friendly content.
∎ Lead all SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, content, and technical strategies.
∎ Develop and implement link-building strategy based on needs.
∎ Using various social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link back to the sites of the Group.
∎ Drive targeted and loyal traffic to the Group's websites through effective community building.
∎ Check on a continuous basis for search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of the Group's websites and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Optimize interactive digital content assets to maximize organic search traffic while also helping drive lead capture and support both paid and organic social engagement.
∎ Collaborate and communicate with other marketing team members to ensure SEO strategy aligns with marketing goals.
∎ Update contents and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
∎ Auditing websites for SEO and addressing technical issues.
∎ Developing an in-depth content strategy based on keyword and market research
∎ Blog content optimization & publishing.
∎ Tracking content overall ranking performance.
∎ Developing link building strategies.
∎ Finding new prospects for guest posting outreach.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns.
∎ Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
∎ Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics.
∎ Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry.
∎ Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
∎ Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
∎ Working knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
∎ Ability to use popular SEO tools, Google tools, and content management software.
∎ Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
∎ On-page, off-page SEO & Technical SEO skills.
∎ Content writing and copywriting skills with solid knowledge in SMM would give an added advantage.
∎ Highly proficient in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Moz and Ahrefs.
∎ Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Content marketing experience is plus.
