Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of WordPress developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
∎ Oversee the development and customization of WordPress Themes, Plugins, and other related components.
∎ Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
∎ Manage and prioritize tasks, allocate resources effectively, and track team progress.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PHP and WordPress plugin development.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using OOPs concepts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic and determined to meet the deadline.
∎ Expertise in WordPress Theme Plugin Development is Mandatory.
∎ Strong knowledge of SAAS-based product architecture.
∎ This position requires programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, color and font choices, and so on).
∎ Should have good knowledge of MySQL and other RDBMS.
∎ Strong understanding and hands-on in DOM, HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery/Prototype, and AJAX
∎ Strong understanding of Wordpress architecture and knows how to optimize database and code for Wordpress.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
