Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Senior PHP developers with minimum 3 years+ experienced.
∎ You must be proactive and a problem solver, dynamic individual, with strong ownership and leadership skills, PHP Full stack developers with skills and experience in building modern web applications using the back end (Laravel framework) technologies and connected with different external API

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the new Module and modify the existing module
∎ Manage, lead, mentor and motivate multi-disciplinary software teams
∎ Lead and maintains project plans.
∎ Training internal support and deployment team.
∎ Guide developers to create large scale, resilient, software systems
∎ Guide technology stack and development strategy
∎ Contribute to architectural and design decisions
∎ Plan, Code, Execute and Deliver software with consistency
∎ Write clean, stable, unit-tested code and accompanying documentation where needed
∎ Develop large scale web apps - source code control, continuous integration, deployment and documentation
∎ Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
∎ Mobile Application development knowledge will be preferred.
∎ Must be team player
∎ Familiar with version control Git, Bit bucket.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem solving
∎ Experienced in API Integration like Facebook, Google, SMS and Payment Gateway
∎ Should have sound knowledge in JAVASCRIPT, AJAX & JSON, VueJs & AngularJS.
∎ Must have working Experience in MVC, Laravel/Code Igniter / Advanced PHP (Composer Packages) and Javascript
∎ Software Architect, Project Manager (Software), Team Leader (Software), Programmer/ Software Engineer, Software Implementation, Software Development
∎ Passion for software development, learning, and growing your craft
∎ Professional Attributes: Attendance, Communication, Manners, Team Play, Honesty, Ethics.
∎ Keep self-updated with latest technologies in web, mobile and cloud space and lead web development efforts including hiring, mentoring and advising peers
∎ Able to write reusable code, just serving the purpose isn't enough, we care about code quality and best practices and maintain coding standards.
∎ SQL: Knowledge of joins, aggregation, stored procedure, subquery, views is a must.
∎ Expert in: .NET, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL and RESTfull web services (building and consuming)
∎ Can do basic database administration, performance optimization, index optimization, write advanced select queries, able to replace cursor usage with relational sql, understands how data is stored internally, understands how indexes are stored internally, understands how databases can be mirrored, replicated etc.
