Job Responsibilities:

∎ Key Result #1: Warehouse Management
∎ Supervise the Warehouse Assistants in Cox's Bazar and Ukhiya;
∎ Ensure stock management procedures (stock cards, records, filling, and identification);
∎ Ensure proper identification of all arrival/departure material (quantity, quality, and delivery);
∎ Responsible to prepare reports for warehouse inventory to the line manager;
∎ Responsible in organizing FH/MTI warehouses and stores by maintaining accurate and systematic storage of stock;
∎ Oversee and maintain cleanliness up keep both within and outside warehouse premises. Maintain a workable cleaning rotation for within and outside the area;
∎ Ensure correct preparation of deliveries (waybills, GRN's etc.);
∎ Respect FH and donors physical stock management requirements (organization, cleaning, ventilation);
∎ Ensure that all goods are packed safely and segregated according to their nature
∎ Ensure receipt of goods is in good order as described on the purchase order & requisition ensuring relevant technical advice for receiving goods of specific technical nature.
∎ Organize the loading/unloading of store goods when dispatching to projects.
∎ Key Result #2: Asset and equipment management
∎ Ensure secure storage of all assets in the stores, office and other facilities
∎ Responsible in receiving assets, inspecting and verifying all incoming FH/MTI assets and supplies;
∎ Manage asset inventory and tracking systems for all FH assets in Cox's Bazar and provide support to other field offices as necessary.
∎ Conduct periodical and annual inventory counting and report to the line management according to FH procedures, including ensuring all field office locations maintain appropriate standards and procedures.
∎ Keeps track of all asset and equipment movements and updates asset and equipment registers.
∎ Prepare list of obsolete asset and items for management decision and carryout the disposal accordingly.
∎ Ensure all assets and FH properties are maintained to a good working order and appropriate standard.
∎ Produces asset and equipment reports on a monthly basis.
∎ Key Result #3: Inventories/Stock management
∎ Conduct weekly inventory of stock and ensure that stock cards are created, up-to-date, and accurate;
∎ Compile daily stock report for the line manager
∎ Keep inventories ledger up to date
∎ Carry out regular stock reconciliation and report of any discrepancy to the line manager
∎ Conduct weekly inventory of stock and ensure that stock cards are created, up-to-date, and accurate;
∎ Assists in compiling daily stock report for the line manager;
∎ Prepare inventory reports of all assets twice a year.
∎ Prepare all staff inventory reports per quarter.
∎ Key Result #4: Staff management, development, and security
∎ Models leadership to all staff and intentionally develops the leadership potential of key staff in the FH field by walking closely with the senior leadership team, and coaching and mentoring key direct reports;
∎ Works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build their capacity and teamwork;
∎ Ensures the proper recruitment, orientation, training, development, and care of all FH field staff;
∎ Ensures appropriate duty of care provisions are in place for all staff and visitors, with particular attention paid to security concerns;
∎ Provide leadership and people management expertise in managing change initiatives within country, bridging different ways of working and diverse working cultures within the teams;
∎ Keep abreast of environmental, economic, social, political, and religious conditions in the field, and report on such conditions as needed;
∎ Key Result #5: Pharmacy management
∎ Plan and budget for pharmacy activities;
∎ Provide professional advice and support on all issues of pharmaceutical management in the clinics, stockrooms and warehouse;
∎ Prepare quality compounded medicines and infusions, as may be requested;
∎ Monitor and maintain adequate medicines supplies levels;
∎ Prepare and submit periodic reports;
∎ Produce accountability for financial and other resources that may be allocated;
∎ Ensure proper storage of medicines in the warehouse, reporting expired and damaged medicines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 59 years
∎ At least one year of pharmacy management experience & Warehouse management experience.

∎ Strong people management skills / interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, teach and mentor staff and volunteers;
∎ Comfortable and persuasive when speaking before both large and small groups;
∎ Ability to interact positively with all levels of the organization and across organizational and cultural boundaries.
∎ Medical fitness to live and travel in rural and urban areas with extreme conditions and limited medical support;
∎ Ability to travel up to 20% of time per year in the FH field offices and medical facilities
