Responsibilities & Context:
Guiding clients through the visa application process.
Ensuring all necessary documentation is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates.
Building and maintaining close relationships with visitors responding to their queries.
Receive and reply to emails, and conduct marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
In addition, you will be expected to provide updates on visa requirements and regulations in various countries, and identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
