∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess exceptional visual design skills that demonstrate excellence in the core principles of typography, layout, color, interaction, etc.
∎ Experience using tools such as Especially Figma (Must be master with auto layout, Component, nested Component, Photoshop, Illustrator).
∎ Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
∎ Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
∎ Excellent English communication skills (especially written, as most of the communication is done via Slack)
∎ Ease in web & app-based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles & methods.
∎ Strong portfolio to be presented and design thinking articulated during the interview.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Be a great team player, Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
∎ Strong understanding of culture and trends in design and UI best practices
∎ Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team
∎ Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
∎ Capability to work fit in teams with members of different circumstances beyond design.
