• Age At least 18 years

• 3-5+ years in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.

• Strong portfolio with examples of complex projects and design solutions.

• Advanced proficiency in tools: Figma, Photoshop (Bonus)., Illustrator (Bonus).

• Solid understanding of interaction design, gaming design, fantasy design, accessibility WCAG 2 standards, responsive design, and design systems.

• Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar) is a plus.

• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Lead UX strategy and design across web and mobile platforms.

• Conduct user research, persona creation, journey mapping, and usability testing to drive design decisions.

• Translate complex user problems into intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces.

• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• Define and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and component libraries.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to ensure design consistency.

• Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and elevate the team’s design quality.

• Analyze user metrics and behavior to continuously improve UX.

•  Drive efficient design iteration cycles, reducing rework and improving approval timelines.

• Oversee accurate and comprehensive design handoffs, including specifications, assets, and annotations.

• Introduce emerging tools, methodologies, and design trends to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Help evolve Inforisen’s design systems and UX practices through experimentation and strategic thinking.
