∎ Managing and Implement Change and Knowledge of Supply Chain, Garment Manufacturing and Office Management.
∎ Building strategic partnerships with various countries Directors and VPs and provide strategic decisions time to time.
∎ Work Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in Technical Skills, Quality Assurance, Apparel Manufacturing with at least 8 years as “Manager” role in multinational apparel brand sourcing organization.

∎ Work competencies required:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set up and maintain technical / wash team / QA auditor of Bangladesh and other South Asian countries.
∎ Set performance targets for the staff and conduct regular performance review. Provide technical and SOP training and coaching to the staff to become future technical leader.
∎ Work together with Asst. QA Manager to conduct shadow audits to the QAs and Tech team.
∎ Monitor the execution of technical product-related SOP for the staff and maker’s Technical team.
∎ Review the team hiring needs and deploy necessary resources to the team.
∎ Guide Asst. Manager to solve on-site product technical issues and make sound decision.
∎ Introduce and explain CFA mechanism to the makers and assist them to move towards CFA status.
∎ Monitor the progress of PQI audit done by Asst. Manager.
∎ Work together with Asst. Manager to handle the customer complaints on quality and monitor CAP from the makers.
∎ Work together with the team to evaluate the new makers and make suggestion to the sourcing team.
∎ Analyze the product technical reports, identify the non-performing makers and guide them for improvement.
∎ Give advice to merchandising team, QA team for sourcing decision.
∎ Work closely with Director to initiate some technical projects and support. Implementation of all Technical strategies, SOP and requirements.
∎ Update Director and Country Director about staff performance.
∎ Give suggestions on the staff development initiative and implement them with HR support.
∎ Support Country Director to prepare the yearly budget and headcount planning.

∎ The responsibilities and key activities for “Senior Technical Manager (Quality & Assurance)”, will play a crucial role in overseeing the critical technical aspects of garment fitting, production, and approval as per company standard.
∎ Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest quality of garments, implementing ethical compliance strategies, and lead a highly diverse technical team and develop them.
