Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Lead to oversee the entire technology operation of our company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing software architecture, managing the technical team, and ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our technology stack. The candidate should have extensive experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, database management systems, Python, and React. Strong leadership skills and a Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete technology operations of the company.
Design and implement robust software architecture.
Manage and mentor the technical team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
Ensure seamless deployment and management of applications using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Oversee database management and ensure data integrity and security.
Lead the development and maintenance of applications using Python and React.
Collaborate with other departments to align technology with business goals.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.
