IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and others IT appliance
∎ Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, analysis and upgrade all hardware and OS related issues to ensure optimal workstation performance
∎ Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
∎ Provides resolution and assistance to Windows related problems and printer related issues
∎ Performs scanning and removal of viruses, malware, and spyware
∎ Provides help desk support to onsite and remote users as required
∎ Ensures exceptional customer service & support with prompt problem resolution, ticket management, and follow-up
∎ 1st Line support of software and hardware related incidents, device malfunctioning etc
∎ Proactively keeping onsite/remote users informed on incident or request status and progress
∎ Monitor, progress, and resolve incidents whilst ensuring users satisfaction through proactive updates, frequent contact and escalation where necessary
∎ Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot system and services quickly and efficiently
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve problems using PC diagnostic utilities, software updates, drivers for user support
∎ Coordinate for new user accounts, Active Directory management, imaging computers, configuring desktops, installing printers for users, installing common software, virus cleaning and basic user help
∎ Manage backup system for important server data, user data, database, software etc.
∎ Provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's computing environment
∎ If necessary, liaise with software team and third-party vendor
∎ Provide orientation to new users on implemented technology
∎ Providing User Training on various business applications and application software.
Salary: Negotiable
