∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Senior Support Engineer/Support Engineer will be recruited for CRM/ATM/CDM/UPS Support Team, Operation & Technology Dept.
∎ Managing ATM Support Team, Manage and resolve service requests from customers.
∎ Fixing Technical issues of the CRM/ATM/CDM/UPS
∎ Provide field service for customers, handle and process customer complaints and/or new requirements.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
∎ Develop employees through proper training, promote teamwork, and foster open and effective communications.
∎ Manage the software updates from principal as per requirement of the customers and principal and maintain ATMC running smoothly through testing before implementation.
∎ Concept development, testing, product development and reengineering of existing products and services considering competitive scenario.
∎ Departmental administration & operations management.
∎ Roster Support/ Help desk Support on 24x7x365 basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Operation & Maintenance, Project Management, Service/ support
∎ Strong communication skills in Bengali and English - both Oral and written
∎ Strong knowledge on MS office
∎ More than 2 years' experience in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred.
∎ Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must be a key team player
∎ Electrical, Electronics, Computer & Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
∎ Willing to work extra time as and when required.
∎ Capable to travel all over Bangladesh.
∎ Hard working, possess dedication towards the responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
