• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor / Education Consultant
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and enrollment targets
• Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills
• Knowledge of study abroad programs, work visas, and international education systems
• Organized, proactive, and performance-oriented mindset
• Be able to speak in front of camera confidently
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in study abroad counseling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Social media confidence (must be comfortable on camera for reels and videos)
• Target-driven, persuasive, and highly self-motivated
• Strong understanding of admission and visa processes for major destinations

About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Student Counsellor who thrives on challenges, drives results, and knows how to turn ambition into success. If you can confidently convert leads into student visas, promote destinations through engaging reels, and are ready to earn from the highest commission structure in Bangladesh, this is your stage.

You Will:

• Counsel students for top study destinations — UK, USA, China, Australia, and Europe
• Handle end-to-end admission, scholarship, and visa processing
• Create short video content (reels) to promote study destinations
• Follow up with leads, maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure maximum conversions
• Represent MHR Education at events, fairs, and promotional activities
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
