About The Role:

We are looking for a high-potential, driven individual to work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on experience in:

• Study abroad admissions & consulting

• Sales, client communication & conversion

• Business operations and execution

This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong career foundation in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do:

• Guide students through study abroad options

• Follow up with leads and convert into clients

• Assist with applications, documentation, and process

• Support daily operations and execution

Who should apply:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Confident in communication over phone, public speech or camera (Bangla + English)

• Proactive and responsible

• Eager to learn and grow quickly

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

• Your GPA Doesn't matter, it's a 6 days/week on-site position.
