About The Role:
We are looking for a high-potential, driven individual to work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on experience in:
Study abroad admissions & consulting
Sales, client communication & conversion
Business operations and execution
This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong career foundation in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do:
Guide students through study abroad options
Follow up with leads and convert into clients
Assist with applications, documentation, and process
Support daily operations and execution
Who should apply:
We are looking for someone who is:
Confident in communication over phone, public speech or camera (Bangla + English)
Proactive and responsible
Eager to learn and grow quickly
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Your GPA Doesn't matter, it's a 6 days/week on-site position.
