Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing day to day store operations.
∎ Maintain inventory of store by using Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power pointPerform regular stock checks and audits to avoid shortages or overstock situationsEnsure all receive and distribution of store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ Maintain proper records, receive stores and track surplus materials.
∎ Prepare monthly stock-report regularly, delivery up to dateSupervise and train store assistants or laborers in handling and organizing materialsMonitoring stock position of our product & decorate products on the selfEnsuring cleanness of the store.
∎ Any additional task assigned by management.
