∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

∎ Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring Cloud.
∎ Solid understanding of REST API design principles and best practices.
∎ Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
∎ Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis (optional but preferred).
∎ Good understanding of authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
∎ Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
∎ Understanding of Docker and containerized deployments.
∎ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
∎ Hands-on experience with Golang development.
∎ Exposure to microservices architecture.
∎ Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
∎ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
∎ Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.
∎ Understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.

∎ Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend APIs using Java Spring Boot.
∎ Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product managers to define and deliver new features.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
∎ Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
∎ Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
∎ Create and maintain API documentation.
∎ Integrate third-party services and APIs when required.
∎ Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design.
∎ Explore and utilize Golang for microservices or specialized backend services when applicable.
∎ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

∎ We are looking for a passionate Mid-Level Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend APIs for our scalable applications. Experience or familiarity with Golang is a strong added advantage. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in backend system architecture, RESTful API development, database management, and cloud integrations.
