To meet our expansion needs, we are seeking dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented individuals for the position of Senior Sales & Service Engineer for specific zones across Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and ensure high-quality service performance.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, diagnostics, and clinics to generate new leads.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Handle service & sales requests promptly, helpfully, and with a caring attitude.
Drive revenue generation through both sales and after-sales service.
Promote the superiority of Hospi Trade products to target customers.
Plan and execute strategies to increase market share.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities (pricing & products).
Maintain professionalism and follow company values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care.
Prepare and submit daily work reports to management.
