Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in garment QA, with strong expertise in outerwear and seam-taped garments.
∎ Must have experience working with international customers/brands (especially North American or European).
∎ In-depth knowledge of seam sealing, waterproofing, bonding, and technical fabric behavior.
∎ Familiarity with international quality standards and buyer protocols.
∎ Strong knowledge of production flow, AQL standards, and inspection procedures.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
∎ Willingness to travel to factories across Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise quality assurance processes from development through final shipment.
∎ Inspect outerwear and seam-taped garments at various production stages (inline, midline, and final).
∎ Ensure all garments meet buyer-specific technical and quality standards.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and pre-production meetings with factories.
∎ Audit factories to ensure compliance with SOPs and buyer protocols.
∎ Collaborate closely with merchandising and Technical team for technical issue resolutions.
∎ Identify root causes of quality problems and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
∎ Lead and train factory QC teams.
∎ Prepare detailed QA reports and documentation.
