Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle Quality Control systems by the International stand.
∎ Capable to accomplish the inline, pre-shipment and final inspection; AQL 1.5 & 2.5
∎ Knowledge of all international QA methods;
∎ Capable to establish all types of QA System - a process in all the Units e.g. fabric inspection, Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Establish Standard operation Procedure of (SOP).
∎ Knowledge of sample development, approve pattern & ensure sewing workmanship & finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the branded customers;
∎ To provide quality QA inspection services and technical support to ensure customers quality standards are met.
∎ Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process.
∎ To guide the QC Team in the factory in ensuring the best quality output.
∎ Monitoring of daily quality reports & other documents relating to quality.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ To reduce garments defects & make action plan analyzing the problem and to solve quality issues.
∎ Monitor and provide guidance to Finishing Department to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
∎ Rigorous control of reject, repairable and washable garments.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Have to ideas about the compliance for the RMG sector in Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Must have to solve any arising issue of the factory
∎ Candidates having a minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance activities of export-oriented knit & Woven Garment products. The candidate should have sound knowledge of knit & woven products.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences by email, both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications.
∎ Makes work plan to minimize alter and rejection
∎ Ensures quality in every process from fabrication to shipment
