Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role :
∎ The Senior Project Officer is mainly responsible for providing technical support, strategic guidance to partner NGOs for smooth implementation of the project activities by establishing and maintaining relationships with key National/local level stakeholders. S/he will provide monitoring support to all project activities and generate report on progress to the Project Manager on a regular basis. Responsibilities include, s/he will develop draft manuals/guidelines and finalise those by incorporating feedback, facilitate/co-facilitate capacity building activity for partner staffs, support implementing partner organization for ensuring burn rate and process all kinds of expenditure and payment which come from the field in accordance with activity line, budget and code.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of professional relevant work experience with reputed national or international NGO
∎ Focused working experience in Child Rights and Child Protection specially for disadvantaged group of children
∎ Experience in facilitating and organizing training
∎ Experience in managing and working with partner NGOs.
∎ Good communication skill in spoken and writing
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office and using of Internet
∎ Basic knowledge in child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh
∎ Planning and organizing skills
