Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Education/Social Science or relevant faculties
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years working experience, preferably in primary education, secondary and early child education and teacher training initiatives
∎ Working in partnership with NGOs/GOB and in camps/slums will be preferred.
∎ Knowledge of the primary and secondary education system and policies imperatives in Bangladesh, curriculum and contents, child learning and child development is required
∎ Excellent facilitation and inter-personal communication skills
∎ Excellent in team work and net working
∎ Good computer (MS Office, Excel and Internet) operating skills
