Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of marketing management, including product branding, marketing communication and basic understanding of developing marketing plan.
∎ Good understanding of marketing research management, which includes good knowledge of using statistical tools, methods of data collection, organizing and interpreting research data, understanding of the format used by market research institutions.
∎ Good understanding of break-even analysis, evaluating the technical and commercial viability of a new product.
∎ Reasonable knowledge on major product categories in the market.
∎ Good knowledge of sales and distribution management, which includes understanding market potential, target setting and follow-up, promotional planning and follow-up etc.
∎ Basic understanding of product development process, which includes the process from the concept development to product launch.
∎ Understanding of marketing management, including product branding, marketing communication and basic understanding of developing marketing plan.
∎ Good understanding of marketing research management, which includes good knowledge of using statistical tools, methods of data collection, organizing and interpreting research data, understanding of the format used by market research institutions.
∎ Good understanding of break-even analysis, evaluating the technical and commercial viability of a new product.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gather market intelligence by developing an effective network, sources and reports.
∎ Be thoroughly acquainted with the chemistry, usage, application and safety of the assigned products.
∎ Prepare marketing plan for the assigned products as well as prepare & monitor promotional plan.
∎ Prepare yearly sales budget.
∎ Ensure the top line and average business GP for assigned products.
∎ Prepare monthly report on the assigned products, explaining variance over budget for the month, competition activities and prospects.
∎ Visit market to assess and update the performance of ACI as well as the competitors and formulate competitive strategy according to prevailing market condition.
∎ Analyze competition strategy, market situation and trend in order to modify our strategy and inform regulatory team about potential new product of respective portfolio.
∎ Be on the lookout for new molecules and negotiate to get their distribution and marketing rights.
∎ Keep updated information about competitors’ price and strategy.
∎ Develop cost effective and creative packaging materials of assigned products.
∎ Generate innovative ideas of product diversification for future requirement.
