Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (on the scale of 4) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact customer and visit them for product marketing. Pursuing them for on boarding into IDLC’s portfolio
∎ Collecting documents for analysis and preparing of credit memos for sanctioning into credit committee
∎ Making appraisal report and posting to public folder for analysis by credit risk manager
∎ Visiting client offices and factory premises to validate the data provided
∎ Presenting the memo into credit evaluation committee for sanctioning
∎ Maintain profitability by quality loan disbursement, portfolio growth and collection
∎ Contact with various internal departments such as operations, legal, CRM, SME, CED, treasury, IT, admin, etc
∎ Maintaining contacts with external parties like Bangladesh Bank, Credit Rating Agencies and Valuation Companies for process requirements
∎ Learning for industry updates and technical know-how

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in relevant department in Bank or Financial Institution or Credit Rating Agencies or any service driven financial sector
∎ Must have ability to analyze financial statements and prepare appraisal report
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Having strong problem-solving, analytic, organizational, research and decision-making skills
∎ Strong analytical ability to assess clients from different professions
∎ Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team
∎ Should also have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and credit systems
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
