Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

• Diploma
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Textile / Engineering / Business Administration

• BBA, MBA, or Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage

• Expertise in denim wet process and garment dyeing techniques.

• Strong knowledge of shade matching, dyeing quality control, and buyer standards.

• Technical management experience with international buyers (preferably Kontoor Brands).

• Ability to maintain accurate production records and reports

• Review daily shift plan, buyer requirements, and production targets prior to shift start.

• Allocate manpower efficiently across machines and process stages.

• Ensure readiness of machines, chemicals, utilities, and safety measures before commencing operations.

• Execute garments dyeing plans in alignment with the daily production schedule.

• Monitor dyeing processes to ensure shade accuracy, quality consistency, and adherence to buyer standards.

• Control and minimize chemical wastage; track and optimize water usage as per sustainability and cost targets.

• Ensure strict compliance with PPE usage and workplace safety guidelines for all workers.

• Maintain accurate, shift-wise production and process records for reporting and analysis.
