∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing Technology or Industrial Production Engineering
∎ Educational Qualification will be relaxed for the highly potential and skilled candidates
∎ Training/Trade Course: CAD, Pattern, Work Study, Garment Costing
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Office Applications
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Basic Garments Sewing Technique, CAD Operator, Product analysis, Product Development, Sample Development Costing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare garments development costing
∎ Time study and motion study to make SAM bulletin in development stage and costing SAM/PN SAM
∎ Take video film of sewing operation for motion study on development stage
∎ Do motion analysis to set up SAM for sewing operation on ACE System
∎ Prepare PN SAM bulletin before starting bulk production.
∎ Audit the motion operation in production line to ensure the SAM analysis is correct and do improvement to reduce the PN SAM.
∎ Study for process improvement; reduce work duplication to reduce SAM Cost.
∎ Maintain documentation for BOM/TECH PAC/Pattern & Machine arrangement, Yard Yield Estimation - YYE/SAM.
∎ Maintain regular update for BOM/PAC/Unify Sample Order system.
∎ Record customer, stakeholders and other team’s feedback to shape features and products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At least 5 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering department/Garment Sample Development costing
∎ Basic communication skills in English, both reading and writing
∎ Basic Computer skill: MS Office Application
