• B.Sc. in Agriculture, Agri Economics, Animal Husbandry, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• 4 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies

• Age 27 to 40 years

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet the target·      

• Knowledge of market trends in the poultry industry is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office.      

• Willingness to travel as required

Job Summary:

Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. seeks a target-driven professional to expand contract broiler farming operations in the Rangpur Zone. The role involves recruiting farmers, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely product delivery, and providing technical support to drive revenue growth through field activities. This position requires strong communication skills, target-driven performance, and a willingness to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Searching for potential farmers by regular market visit.

• Responsible for door to door increasing revenue from farming.

• Collect client information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with farmers.

• The candidate to be able to handle the market and have strong confidence to achieve the target.

• Collect farmers and ensure on time product delivery.

• Farmer visit & monitoring and provide technical support to the farmer.
