Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Social Sciences. Master's in Public Health (MPH) will be an advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience. Experience of working with MOHFW is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge on MOHFW health care delivery system of Bangladesh
∎ Understanding about WASH, IPC and COVID19 situation
∎ Strong ability in working with GoB systems
∎ Excellent skill on dealing with beneficiaries, local people and elites
∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and using of Internet
∎ Excellent communications skills in both English and Bangla
