• Age 28 to 35 years

• Oversee and assess the vehicles preventive maintenance schedule and take approval of the same from the Management.
• Repair and maintenance of the vehicles to be done at the quickest possible time.
• Maintaining Vehicle log book on time for maintenance & service work.
• Prepare monthly fuel consumption report and submit to the Management.
• Supervise the schedule maintenance works of the vehicle.
• Ensure the best possible decision of repairing works and very cost effectively.
• To issue all the fuel and necessary items for the all vehicles and assist to determine the K.P.L (kilometer per liter) test of the vehicles.
• Must have flexible approach to work and provide general support to the team member on regular basis.
• Installing equipment, components and systems. Testing vehicles both before and after repair.
• Keep documents up-to-date such as registration, insurance, vehicle logs, daily inspection reports, etc.
• Inspect individual vehicles and Quality Control (QC) of parts & service.
• Proper monitoring of office vehicles, BRTA documents, Drivers, fuel log book etc. and assist to collect police cases document.
• Any other task assign by the management time to time.
