Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Textile Technology/ Apparel Merchandising) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time error free design/order to Aarong Production Centers as well as producers/suppliers
∎ Check sample, requisition sheet and costing sheet
∎ Plan, supervise, and monitor the production process to supply products within the lead time
∎ Guide and take necessary steps to minimize the cost and rejection rate of the products
∎ Ensure quality benchmark in the products as per requirement
∎ Minimize cost of production and reduce rejection of products during production
∎ Guide and motivate the producers, suppliers and weavers as required
∎ To adopt and assist to develop the process as per the organizational needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Minimum 4 year of experience in garments merchandising or any other textile sector
∎ Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel, and Power-Point
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Knowledge of yarn, fabric, weaving/knitting, dyeing & finishing process, garments manufacturing process, etc.
