Educational Requirements:
∎ • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in DVM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for ensuring the prevention and control of diseases within the layer & Boiler farm. This includes designing and implementing a vaccination schedule, biosecurity protocols, and monitoring the health of the birds.
∎ • Responsible for overseeing the overall management of the layer flock & Boiler farm. This includes managing the nutrition of the birds, maintaining proper lighting and ventilation, ensuring proper egg collection and storage, and managing the breeding program.
∎ • Responsible for maintaining accurate records of the flock's health, including vaccination schedules, treatments, and mortalities. These records will be used to inform decision-making and improve flock management.
∎ • Responsible for training and supervising other farm staff in animal health and welfare practices. They will also ensure that all staff comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ • Responsible for developing an emergency response plan in case of disease outbreaks or other emergencies. They will also be responsible for implementing this plan and coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.
∎ • Visit poultry farm on regular basis and provide technical support to the farmers as required.
∎ • Provide proper training to the sales staff and farmers regarding poultry & Layer farm management.
∎ • Organize technical seminar, campaign and meeting in the field as per schedule.
∎ • Collect and analysis data from field and report to the management.
∎ • Analysis and solve technical problems come from farmer, dealers and customers.
∎ • Planning for yearly, monthly and daily technical service activities.
∎ • Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ • Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ • Able to handle clients and satisfy them with set service polices of the organization.
∎ • Execute all marketing activities as per the set plan of the organization.
∎ • Ready to take additional tasks and responsibilities deemed necessary by the management.
