Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ·Work closely with suppliers to communicate quality standards, provide feedback on product quality, and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.
∎ Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any quality-related issues or corrective actions taken.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
∎ Investigate and resolve any quality issues that arise during production or after delivery, coordinating with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
∎ Communicate with clients regarding quality standards and specifications, addressing any concerns or requirements they may have.
∎ Provide training and guidance to suppliers and internal teams on quality standards and best practices.
∎ Ensure that all raw materials/ingredients and finished feeds are of the right quality.
∎ check all production related quality Monitor quality parameters and coordinate with the production department frequently.
∎ Ensure mixing and feed processing are done as per requirement, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instructions
∎ Maintain proper sample records and documentation for all raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Maintain the level of Total Quality Management (TQM) as per policy/ standard .
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
