∎ Graduated in business or science or Agricultural Subjects; MBA is preferable from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for overall sales of a designated area.
∎ Responsible for sales of Rice, Red Lentil, Flour, Refined and Cold Pressed Soyabean Oil, Mustard Oil, Yellow Peas, Drinking Water, Poultry and Dairy Products and other commodity and consumer items.
∎ Develop and implement the policies, strategies and planning for Institutional Sales.
∎ Prepare Sales Budget and set the Target accordingly for the Institutional Sales Team.
∎ Establish relationship with the purchase departments of most modern trade stores, Retail Chain Store, Restaurants, Industries, Catering Services, Govt. and non-government Service Providing agencies to collect Purchase Order in order to achieve the monthly and yearly sales target.
∎ Attend Tender of different government, non-government, autonomous & other institutes to sell company’s products.
∎ Prepare and maintain the required Sales Contracts and other documentations for intuitional sales.
∎ Monitoring the activities of Total Intuitional Sales Team.
∎ Identify business opportunities by identifying and enlisted with potential Customers, Corporates and Institutions.
∎ Maintain excellent and satisfactory customer relationships by providing smooth and prompt support.
∎ Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales as well as finding new customers.
∎ Responsible for payment collection from customers as per maturity of Invoice/Bills as well as collection of overdue payments.
∎ Assessment of Market opportunities.
∎ Evaluating competitor's activities and product performance.
∎ Prepare various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management/superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS word, xl, power point, ERP, net browsing, emailing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Problem solving ability.
