∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Garments, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Inspection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in facing various Technical Audit & communication with different buyer with CAP.
∎ Capable to maintain all compliance issues as per requirements.
∎ Responsible for whole factory Product Quality Assurance of various Buyers.
∎ Responsible for entire quality matters and quality level in technical audit.
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ Should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieves strategic objectives.
∎ Familiar with garment production process and garment quality standards.
∎ Understanding of fabric and ready-made garments dynamics.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should be able to establish quality parameters in all segments of the department.
∎ Should have good working knowledge in computer applications and be able to work in an
∎ ERP / Software based operation system and generate reports as per requirements.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills, sincere and dynamic & result oriented.
∎ Quality & performance accountability.
∎ Teamwork & Pro-active.
∎ Competence & capable to accomplish change.
∎ Building Collaborative Relationships.
