• Should be Problem-solving skills with positive attitudes, deadline oriented & willing to work under pressure.

• Good leadership skill.

• Managing end-to-end operation of the soap production line.

• Production Planning and implementation of soap production plan.

• Monitoring production, packing, and coding section.

• Maintaining stock of Raw Material.

• Monitoring Machine status.

• Reporting all necessary data about raw materials, Finished goods, and manpower utilization.

• Creating monthly OEE reports provided by PWC guidelines.

• Engaging in new development work in process, production, or machinery.
