∎ Retired Junior Commissioned Officer from Army/Navy/Air force.
∎ Experience
∎ Retired Junior Commissioned Officer from Army/Navy/Air force.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Looking after overall Security Affairs.
∎ Remaining available 24/7-365 days for Security Issues.
∎ Performing vigilant duties related to Crisis Management and Emergency Operations.
∎ Preparing Security Duty Roaster following SOP.
∎ Maintaining all necessary registers, documents, formats related to Security Section.
∎ Reporting and documenting any accidents/incidents expeditiously and accurately.
∎ Conducting necessary training for Security Personnel to improve their performance.
∎ Evaluating Security Guard’s performance and assisting Administration Department during their increment.
∎ Managing Legal affairs related to Security on behalf of the company.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with Local Police Station and BEPZA Security Section for ensuring prompt support from them as and when required.
