Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in English/Public Administration/Sociology/Business Studies or in any other relevant subject from a reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direct supervision of the Head of Safeguarding, the role holder will be responsible for facilitating Safeguarding activities and arrangements within the Bangladesh country office and its partners, ensuring that these are in line with SCI policies and country office operational plan.
∎ S/he will also provide quality support in safeguarding awareness building, case management, investigation, risk assessment and will manage an updated database.
∎ S/he will also facilitate training sessions, assist in developing and managing information & communication materials and follow-up with the Partner Focal Points on Quarterly Online Reporting, generate summary reports for the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experience in relevant areas, preferably with INGOs
∎ Demonstrated experience of managing as well as undertaking safeguarding/GBV investigations and/or HR disciplinary investigations.
∎ Experience of planning and facilitating training sessions at a range of levels.
∎ Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills in English
∎ Good computer skill specially in MS office package
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work under immense pressure situation
∎ Readiness to travel to remote locations in Bangladesh
∎ Self-suf?cient, proactive and self-motivating.
∎ Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands to deliver results.
