Job Context:
∎ Assist the Payroll Business and Education Payment Team in Chittagong
∎ The core purpose will be developing and executing strategies to achieve departmental goals.
∎ Ensure all sort of initiatives to build a healthy and sustainable portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the sales strategies to achieve targets for the assigned region.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and work with the product development team to develop and cater the specific market need.
∎ Analyze sales data and market trends.
∎ Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ At least 5 years relevant experience will be preferred from TELCO/MFS/Bank/Financial Institution
