• Should have knowledge in Inspection & Quality Standard Up-gradation & Shipment.

• Candidate should be innovative and self-driven

• Sound knowledge in MS word, MS excel and MS power point.

• Good communication skill in English and Bengali.

Job Purpose & Context:

Make sure of guaranteeing a level of quality for the end client through determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assessing buyers’ requirements and ensuring that these are met.

The job is in a reputed garments manufacturing industry, primarily focusing on woven jacket products of top brands. Position may be upper or lower based on skill, competencies, experience and ability

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain quality SOP, responsible for quality & technical related issues arising in production.

• Review daily quality related issues at the factory and work with the QA team to find quick solutions & give required guidance.

• Responsible to review size set samples/pre-production sample to ensure garment integrity.

• Responsible to review 1st production garment and to communicate findings to all appropriate contacts to rectify.

• Responsible to monitor overall quality function in production floor.

• Responsible to work with all Production concern like Production, Maintenance, packing concern within the floor and raise the voice to Team Manager - QA for any assistance if it`s needed.

• Studying on process failure and making RCA & CAP.

• Follow up all buyer`s requirements & ensure quality level as well.

• Responsible to maintain inspection records & documentation in a proper way.
