∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: clock wise inspection, In line and EOL inspection, QMS, TLS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cutting quality, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit, Sewing Cutting and Finishing Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Deal with the quality concern independently for all quality control activities including quality control, Audit, In-process inspection, In line inspection, Traffic light system, TQM, 5S, Lot pass audit, DHU, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective.
∎ 2. Oversee overall stitching Quality and Finishing
∎ 3. Review size set and analyze risk and communicate with all related parties
∎ 4. Ensure input (Panel/Material) are flawless before start sewing
∎ 5. Follow up right quality level is ensured during change over
∎ 6. Ensure effectiveness of EOL check and act accordingly
∎ 7. Act on topmost defect effectively to reduce defect rate
∎ 8. Continuously train team members on clock wise inspection, how to measure and basic QMS
∎ 9. Collaborating with other departments, such as production, merchandising and design to ensure that Quality standards are consistently met.
