• Will be responsible for product’s quality control in Sewing/Cutting/Finishing/Printing area to maintain independently.

• Implement and improve SOP on quality control.

• Face quality/ technical audits and submit Corrective Action Plan.

• Ensure all components and materials of production comply with the standard, specifications and requirements of customer.

• Engage in sample evaluation and production approval process and perform risk assessment when required.

• Maintain inspections reports in production operations to identify and keep traceability of goods before and after shipment.

• Monitor the performance of quality control and achieve set KPI for designated area.

• Conduct/participate in the pre-production meeting, provide direction and technical guidelines for ensuring First Time Right philosophy.

• Assist technicians for checking patterns/specifications and construction.

• Review size set body and able to give pattern correction.

• Maintain effective communications relevant departments and stakeholders.

• Perform any others tasks as assigned by the management.
