∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering or Food Technology, Diploma in Engineering in Food Engineering or Food Technology
∎ Dhaka Polytechnic Institute and any other govt. polytechnic institue.
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop new product.
∎ Assist to coordinate daily sensory evaluation & prepare report.
∎ Study of product self-life.
∎ Analyze product nutrition vale.
∎ Assist to develop product package according to food safety & BSTI standard.
∎ Evaluate sensory of market product periodically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good knowledge in product development, QC & QA.
∎ Especially in ISO certification like QMS, FSSC, and HACCP etc.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Also, have good knowledge in product packaging system of food.
