Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Performance Management System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate process of Performance Management that measures performance and supports achievement of Business goals.
∎ Facilitation of quarterly reviews through emails, notice boards, etc, as well and ensure a feedback mechanism is implemented and utilized effectively.
∎ Facilitate goal setting and revision of KPIs with Department/ Business Unit Heads annually.
∎ Responsible for identifying the development needs from the Performance development (Appraisal Form) and consolidating the same with respective functional / divisional heads for arriving the training calendar.
∎ Responsible for collecting, tracking and monitoring employee training feedback for periodic review and take corrective measures.
∎ Support sales & Marketing and Operations on specific training deliverables.
∎ Design, Implement and follow-up on learning deliverables based on the training needs in achieving the required training requests and measure the same for effectiveness.
∎ Responsible for developing, updating and maintaining the training calendar, up-dation and maintenance of all training related MIS and documents.
∎ Responsible for design, implement and improving performance management process and talent management process.
∎ Enable people managers across functions in driving performance management process through periodic reviews, reporting and through annual performance development dialogue.
∎ Provide timely support and guidance on various Organization Development / Organization Restructuring interventions.
∎ Responsible for driving engagement initiatives (Rewards (non-monetary) and Recognition schemes) for effective engagement and retention through structured internal communication with support from Corporate HR.
∎ Implement managerial effectiveness (360 degree survey), performance management and potential evaluation survey for providing developmental insights for People Managers / Specialists.
∎ Track and report Talent management and performance management MIS on periodic basis to corporate HR.
∎ Announcements of ratings, increments, etc. at the end of appraisal exercise. Issue Annual, Increment and Promotion Letters in co-ordination with HODs to prepare increment Letters.
∎ Proper documentation of all appraisal forms, feedbacks, letters etc. for all Employees of the organisation.
∎ Handle moderation exercise and rationalization keeping into consideration Internal parity. Adopt innovative perks & benefits to retain top talent.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
