Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for maintaining Logs/Documentation of work activities SAP,ORGATEX & BMS system configurations, procedures and Implement ERP & Textile automation project .
∎ To assist with SAP/ORGATEX/WMS integration activities.
∎ To Provide SAP application support for all users across the business and train new users.
∎ Providing level 1 user support on SAP related functional & technical issues and ensure to meet up all requirement on time from Hong Kong.
∎ To perform system access testing including assessment of users profiles.
∎ To help the SAP project Manager & team during system upgrades.
∎ To prepare report on common user mistakes and train user to minimize future mistakes.
∎ Any other task assign by management .
