Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
Candidates having courses on “Environment, Health and Safety”; or “Occupational Health and Safety” will get priority.
Requirements:

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Certification or training in occupational health and safety will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and compliance requirements
Good analytical and reporting skills
Ability to train, motivate, and influence others on safety practices
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily site safety activities and ensure a safe workplace
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and EHS training for employees
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) and train employees accordingly
Investigate and analyze accidents/incidents to identify root causes and preventive actions
Carry out area-wise risk assessments and develop mitigation plans with concerned departments
Identify risk zones, mark danger areas, and ensure safety signage and warnings are in place
Ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are maintained and understood by workers
Implement and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system to prevent unsafe activities
Conduct regular awareness sessions and emergency preparedness drills
Inspect, maintain, and update firefighting systems and conduct fire and rescue training
Coordinate with department heads and shift in-charges to enforce EHS culture
Review EHS documentation for internal and external audits
Ensure availability and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Guide subcontractors and visitors on factory safety requirements
Perform any other EHS-related duties assigned by the Line Manager
