Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Statistics/Information management/Computer Science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4 years relevant working experience (M&E, MEAL and/or MIS), preferably with partnership with NGOs/GOB.
∎ Excellent knowledge of information system, database management, reporting
∎ Experience and skills on basic statistics, PDM, MIS and report writing.
∎ Relevant software proficiency, particularly in SPSS/Excel/MySQL
∎ Excellent analytical skills
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
