Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position for Treatment Centers for COVID-19 cases in Ukhiya and/or Teknaf Upazila in Cox`s Bazar District. Save the Children will ensure appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the service providers who will provide treatment, care or services in the treatment centers.
∎ Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract length: Contractual up to 31 October, 2020

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experience in monitoring & evaluation, proven track record of assistance in developing, implementing and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies in health program.
∎ Experience working with Health MIS and DHIS-2
∎ Experience in designing and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes;
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information
∎ Experience of conducting and/or commissioning evaluations;
∎ Technical expertise in Health, Nutrition & HIV/AID sector in Bangladesh
∎ Ability to analyse information, evaluate options and to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner.
∎ Strong report writing and communication skills (in written and spoken English).
∎ Proficient in computer operation, particularly, in SPSS, MS-Excel, MS-Access, and MS-PowerPoint
