Job Context:
∎ Save the Children is in the leading role of the national HIV and AIDS response in Bangladesh. Since 2004, Save the Children has implemented four grants of the Global Fund. Save the Children has also started to directly implement HIV prevention program for both People Who Inject Drugs (PWID) and Female Sex Workers (FSW) categorized as "Direct Implementation (DI).

∎ Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.

∎ Contract length: Contractual up to November 30, 2020
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience, including planning, implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation process in a large complex project.
∎ Candidates having experience of working in HIV/AIDS and high-risk population will get preference.
∎ Proven skills in setting indicators, developing M&E plan, tools and system.
∎ Must be ready to travel to field areas as and when required.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package and practical knowledge on statistical packages like SPSS
