Job Context:
∎ Job location - Kholapara, Kaliganj, Gazipur-1720, Bangladesh
∎ Applicants willing to stay near distance to the factory may get advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IE tools and Techniques implementation in Cutting to Finishing Section.
∎ Provide support to Production team to achieve target.
∎ Identify scopes to improve working method through innovation and technology implementation.
∎ Regular follow up operator recruitment and tracking low performers for training program.
∎ Quick change over knowledge and regular practice of QCO.
∎ Monitor workflow after initialization and update the methodology time to time.
∎ Design facility Lay-out by maintaining compliance requirement for reducing loss time & increasing product flow.
∎ Conduct skill development training for Operators and Line leaders.
∎ Ensure Training program for upcoming style and Optimum Efficiency level during training time.
∎ Initiate Innovative and Kaizen activities.
∎ Have to perform other duties and responsibilities as when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Knowledge on Operation Breakdown and preparing Operation Bulletin
∎ 2D/3D drawing in Auto CAD
∎ Basic understanding on 5M and Lean manufacturing
∎ Knowledge on KAIZEN, JIT, Kanban, Six Sigma
∎ Target oriented & hard working mentality.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office and E-mail.
