Educational Requirements:
∎ Expecting Qualification: H.S.C/ Equivalent (Foreign Degree preferable).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The process of the pre-production meeting, inline and pre final and final inspections, testing sample picking.
∎ Working in collaboration with the TW team & with factory to ensure proper quality standards and implement all quality process to ensure TW Quality.
∎ Production follow-up.
∎ Resolve manufacturing problems, offering on the spot solutions during the inspections.
∎ Train and evaluate supplier to meet TW standards.
∎ Perform such other duties as the Management from time to time may assign.
∎ To ensure finished product handover to store at the end of the shift.
∎ planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and initiating, trains, and mentors' employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ foreign experience preferable
