Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with various departments/programs of BRAC at field level, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
∎ Liaise with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance.
∎ Deal with employees’ need and queries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Assist manpower planning in alignment with programme needs; employee development planning, and effective utilization of employees at field level.
∎ Coordinate and organize field based recruitment and selection process.
∎ To Identify, retain and develop the talents of field offices by coordinating with the talent management team.
∎ Involve with the whole process of project staff recruitment.
∎ Participate and organize of different training, meeting and forum in the field offices.
∎ Ensure, coordinate and facilitate on-boarding of new staff in field offices.
∎ To strengthen rapport with the field staff and build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis.
∎ Provide necessary support to Talent Management and Performance Management unit as per requirement.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
