Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Caballing and fixing IP cameras as and where required
∎ Caballing and fixing access control equipment as and where required
∎ Prompt response to repair any malfunction security equipment at day and night
∎ Periodically assess, inspect and maintain all surveillance equipment in the AOR
∎ Provide daily report on functional state of surveillance equipment
∎ Be ready to assist anytime
∎ Provide sustainability guidelines on surveillance equipment
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ This position will be responsible for security maintainance not only by personnel but technology is also being used in modern security which saves cost and ensures more security. BRAC being the leader in NGO sector introduced electronic security systems in its HCMP offices, warehouses and it is being expanded day by day. For a proper maintenance and handling of such sophisticated equipment BRAC HCMP needs qualified staff with technical knowledge.
